Also, introduces Linux Aero Glass Overlay effects and the Windows icons. In addition, you can use the sidebar with gadgets.

How to transform Ubuntu into Windows

Download Longhorn Transformation Pack and extract the ZIP into a folder. Double click oninstall.sh and choose run in Terminal when prompted.

This will install following applications and themes:

• GnoMenu and Longhorn menu theme
• Aero-style GTK themes
• Windows icons
• Windows fonts
• Screenlets and sidebar
• Nautilus-elementary
• RGBA (transparency) enabled GTK
• Emerald theme

Note: This is still in Beta state and doesn’t guarantee perfect installation. You should install only if you know how to remove installed components afterwards if something goes wrong.

Customize Firefox 4 to have Chrome and Opera Style Appearance

How to Login Multiple Account of Facebook, Gmail, etc on Same Browser

If you would have notice most of the web service like Facebook and Twitter allow only one user login from a given browser at any given time. For the people who need to monitor two of such account at the same time have to use two browsers to do their work.

Now here is the trick to open more than one account in the same service using Firefox and Chrome.

For Firefox Users

1. Download and Install the Multifox Plugin. Allow any application request in the installation. Multifoxis an extension that allows Firefox to connect to websites using different user names. Simultaneously.
   
2. Once the Plugin in installed successfully restart your Firefox.
3. Now right click any where on the Tab bar and select “Open in a New Identity Profile”.

Speed Up Windows 7 Booting with No GUI Boot by skipping Boot Video

On booting, Windows 7 shows a small video clip with flashing Windows 7 Logo and “Starting Windows” written below. This usually takes 5 seconds so, you can reduce booting time by 5 secs by skipping Graphical boot.

To do this, press start button and enter “System Configuration” in search bar.

Go to Boot Tab and check the box infront of No GUI Boot.

After Restarting, you will notice that, Starting Windows Screen is no more shown and Windows boots faster. Anytime later, when you feel like getting back that video back while booting, undo the steps above.

3. Go to menu Options> Events Profiling, Put the check on the items Generate thread profiling events and Every 100 milliseconds, And click OK to configure the program so that it captures the execution of each process in the log;
4. Go to menu File and put the tick on the item Capture events to restart the monitoring process by Process Monitor;
5. At the end of follow-up, ie after using the programs referred to means test the appetite for resources, back in the main Process Monitor, go to the menu File and uncheck the item Capture events to stop the monitoring process;
6. Go to menu Tools> Process Activity Summary to view the list of registered processes by Process Monitor on CPU and RAM consumption.
